Good News for Non-Traditional Families in PA

The Superior Court of Pennsylvania ruled yesterday that a lesbian cannot be denied the legal right to visit the daughter she helped raise with her former partner based on speculation that ongoing animosity between the two would damage the 11-year-old. This is great news for same-sex couples with children in Pennsylvania, which also permits second-parent adoption.
